Feel good about your job! We’re looking for a passionate INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE inspired by the power of invention and the opportunity to help students both understand and reinvent their world. You will help support and grow our global network of education customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Be an evangelist, learn littleBits product offerings and understand how our customers use them in order to encourage our educators to use littleBits with their students
  • Own the entire sales process from initial contact to close
  • Be excellent at asking questions to qualify, understand, and address education customers' needs and make the best product recommendations for their programs
  • Sell littleBits modules, kits and collections to education end-users through inbound and outbound calling and email
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high-volume phone and email selling environment
  • Use Netsuite.com to track all pertinent customer, opportunity, and pipeline information

THE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • BA/BS degree required  
  • 1-3 years sales experience with demonstrated drive and initiative 
  • high volume call center experience
  • Passion, a winning attitude, and a desire to learn every day
  • A high work ethic and energy
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
